DISCOVER THE GIN AND SPIRITS WORLD
Come and discover our unusual and unique space, hidden in the heart of the first arrondissement of Paris, in the historical quarter of the Louvre. This is where we have open our micro-distillery specialised in gin. During one hour, you will have the opportunity to visit our venue, but also learn about the secrets of distillation and gin making, and of course, taste our craft spirits.
DISTILLERY TOUR
Everyone has already heard of gin before. Some brave souls have even tasted it! But very few people actually know its history or how it is actually made. During this workshop, we will explain all of these gin mysteries! Not only you will be able to taste different gins, but also learn on how this historic and special drink was born, and what are the rules to produce it.
​WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE TOUR

Participants will be welcome at the distillery by one of the founders, with a homemade cocktail

We will start the tour by presenting our project of having a craft spirit distillery in Paris

Then we will go see our still and steak about the art of distillation and gin making

We will continue the tour in our botanical room, and speak about which plants we make gin with

Finally, we will go back into the tasting room and try the gin we produce ourselves

GIN MAKING
WORKSHOP
If you are looking for a unique experience for your private event in Paris, our gin making workshop is for you. Our distillery has a room dedicated to this activity, with 18 tiny copper stills, to create customized gin bottles. Each participant will get the opportunity to select their own botanicals, create their own recipe and distill their own gin. Guided by one of our professional distillers, you will discover all the secrets of distillation, the history of gin and you will have the opportunity to try delicious homemade cocktails. At the end of the workshop, each person will be able to customize their own label. This activity is suitable for group events or team building exercises.

TASTING
Whether you are a pro, a rookie, or just curious about spirits, our team will be happy to welcome you and your guests for a private tasting at the distillery. Among the themes we could offer, here are a few examples : tasting of French spirits, spirit and cheese pairings, craft whisky tasting etc… Sky is the limit!
